As a consumer, you have a right of withdrawal without any reason within fourteen (14) days of an In&motion membership subscription subject to send us back your In&box within this period.

If you wish to exercise this right of withdrawal, for any reason, you will need to send us back the Withrawal form by e-mail to customer@inemotion.com or by post mail to:

The In&box must be returned, in a state of a new provision, in its original packaging and with all the initial accessories (excluding promotional items such as stickers or chokers) to the following address before the end of this 14 days period:

We will proceed to your membership cancellation and refund after receipt of the returned In&box and once the control of the absence of any deterioration or use carried out.

If we do not receive your In&box within this 14 days period following your subscription date (postmark being authentic), unfortunately, we won’t be able to proceed to this withdrawal.
