Please note it is possible to pause your monthly membership from 1 to 4 months during the year if you wish. For more information, go to this article !
Please note, pausing is not applicable to the annual Revolution membership.
However, if you wish, it is possible to resume a membership that is paused . See below how to resume your monthly subscription:
To resume a pause in progress, go to the “My In&box” application. Once on the dashboard click on the “My Account” tab in the taskbar at the bottom of the screen.
As you can see in the image on the left, it says “Resume”, provided that your membership was previously paused . Simply press the button and your membership will become active again instantly.
⚠CAUTION: When pausing , you will be charged $4 per month. If you choose to resume your membership before the end date of the pause , you will be charged $8, increasing your monthly fee to $12 ($4 + $8 = $12).
⚠CAUTION : Also note when you resume your monthly membership before the end date of the pause , the months initially scheduled for the pause are still deducted therefore no longer available for use.
(example: you pause 4 months but resume after 2 months, you will have no more months available to pause again).
Restart via the website
To restart a suspension in progress, you can also go to the In&motion online space. Once in the online space, go to the “Home” tab.
As you can see in the left-hand image, “Restart” is indicated, provided that your membership was previously suspended. You just need to press the button to restart your membership instantly.
⚠NB: When suspended, you will be charged $4 per month. If you choose to restart your membership before the end date, you will be charged $8 (4 + 8 = $12, price of monthly subscription without additional option).
⚠NB: Remember that if you restart your subscription before the suspension end date via the website, you cannot resuspend your remaining months via the website. You must use the mobile app.
