You have subscribed to an In&motion membership, but would like to change formula? You can make these changes yourself via your user space in the “My In&box” mobile application.

Change your annual Revolution membership to monthly

• Go to the “My Account” tab located in the bottom menu bar of the mobile application “My In&box”.
• Then click on “Evolve” in the “Formula: Annual Revolution” section.
• A window will open, offering you to modify your membership. Click on the “Formula: Monthly Revolution” button.
• A confirmation window will open, stating that your change will take effect on your membership’s anniversary date. Please confirm.
• On your anniversary date, your annual membership will automatically switch to a monthly membership.

The annual Revolution formula has a one-year commitment, so you will need to wait until your anniversary date for the change to take effect. You will transition from an annual payment of €120 to a monthly payment of €12, excluding additional options.

Change your monthly Revolution membership to annual

• Go to the “My Account” tab located in the bottom menu bar of the mobile application “My In&box”.
• Then click on “Evolve” in the “Formula: Monthly Revolution” section.
• A window will open, offering you to modify your membership. Click on the “Formula: Annual Revolution” button.
• A confirmation window will open, stating that your change will take effect on your membership’s anniversary date. Please confirm.
• On your anniversary date, your monthly membership will automatically switch to an annual membership.

The monthly Revolution formula has a one-month commitment, so you will need to wait until your anniversary date for the change to take effect. You will transition from a monthly payment of €12 to an annual payment of €120, excluding additional options.

When switching to the annual Revolution formula, you will lose the option to pause your membership up to 4 times a year, as offered by the monthly Revolution formula.

Change your Revolution formula to Classic formula

You have the option to switch at any time from a Revolution formula to a Classic formula through the mobile application. You will then purchase the In&box at a discounted rate, click here for more information. The change will be effective at the expiration date.
